Every new joiner at page will be supported in their career journey from day 1. Our highly reputed onboarding programme will guide you through your first six months at Page. During this time, you will hone the critical skills to succeed in your new role. You will have access to our extensive library of video and digital learning content and will be invited to several face to face workshops, run by our experienced in-house training team. The programme deep dives into all aspects of the recruitment role alongside personal development areas such as time management.

We value the insight that external experience brings, and we are proud to have a tailored onboarding programme for our experienced hires. We aim to build on your existing knowledge and get you up to speed with the key models we use at Job4u Group. You will be in a peer group of experienced operators throughout your onboarding training.
